Important Information About Telehealth Initial Consultations

We encourage attending your initial consultation in person if realistic.

If you are booking a telehealth consult because you live interstate and will not be able to attend the clinic in person, please note that we generally do not accept interstate patients. Our specialists utilise highly specialised in-person diagnostic testing, which allows us to provide much greater clinical value for patients when they are able to attend the clinic for testing at a later stage.

If you are choosing telehealth for convenience, capacity, or mobility, but may be able to attend the clinic in person later, this is completely fine.

Please note that the testing we provide is highly specialised, and we are usually unable to refer to equivalent services in other locations.

If you are unsure whether proceeding is appropriate, please contact our admin team, who will be happy to assist.

This appointment is strictly limited to 15 minutes and is intended for one or two simple questions, quick clarification, or a brief script request.

If your concern is complex or likely to take longer than 15 minutes, please book a standard review appointment instead.

These calls are scheduled between other patient appointments, so your clinician will need to end the call at 15 minutes as another patient will be waiting. Thank you for your understanding.
